This place is great, everybody is very friendly, coaches are welcoming for all skill levels. The facility is kept clean, we wipe all the equipment down every day, and their open mat on saturday for sparring is a great time. They have a flexible schedule for people who work mornings or nights too.

From the moment I answered this building and asked for prices to different trainings. Or packages, they explained it very well, me myself. I'm on. I'm a hard head so I didn't really understand but they took their time. Every class is usually an hour. There's a 30 minute sparring at the end. You built a quick relationship with the coaches. They're very friendly. Everybody. There is really friendly. Depending on the package you choose, they will give you the equipment you need. They have changing facilities and bathrooms water fountain. They have cleaning stations. It's to very professional place

Invictus is amazing. I’ve been coming for almost four years and I’ve enjoyed every second. Not only did I grow as a fighter, it was therapeutic for me. I can say I wouldn’t be the young man I am today without this gym. Very knowledgeable about everything and the opportunity is endless if you decide to fight.

I love training at Invictus. They have lots of class options and the coaches are really helpful and thorough with answering questions and explaining the details. You can tell they really want to help you understand the mechanics and want you to succeed. They give tips and pointers, and also give you a hard time in the best way - it keeps good spirits and also drives you to improve.
