My Son is 9 and has been studying with Master Absher for 11 months. The class has done so much for my son's confidence and focus. So much so that my Daughter and I both joined the new women's self defense class. We both have gained confidence, and I have begun to notice a difference in my balance and flexibility. Shane has a way of teaching that is fun but also bolster's confidence in those who are not as well as helping to humble those who may be over confidant. The art form he is teaching is steeped in history and tradition but his style of teaching is second to none in my opinion. My husband daughter and I have also attended other more advanced classes and have been made to feel welcome and good working amongst more advanced students. Highly recommended!
