I started my martial arts journey with Hapkido 4 months ago and I love it!! The dojo has such a welcoming atmosphere and wonderful people to be around and learn from. The instructor is patient and truly helps students in a very positive way. She is very informative about the material she presents. I have learned so much in the last 4 months and I look forward to continuing to grow and learn with the class!

My daughter has been attending classes at MAIS for the past two months and she loves it! I'm amazed at what she comes away with from each class - she enjoys practicing and showing us her new skills. The instructor is excellent and she treats each child and class with respect. I highly recommend, glad to see such a great program in Socorro!

The MAIS has such a welcoming atmosphere. The instructor is patient and truly helps students in a very positive way. Her patients and respect for the kids is undeliverable. She is very informative about the material she present. My 5 year old has recently started and in the 2 months he has learned so much it's amazing. Thank you so much for all you do for our kids and for our little town.

My daughter recently started at The Martial Arts Institute Socorro, and we’ve already had such a positive experience. Even as a newer member, she absolutely loves going to class. She feels safe, welcomed, and excited to learn every time she walks through the door. The instructor is incredibly patient and takes the time to work with students of all ability levels. You can tell there’s real intention behind the teaching, making sure each child understands and feels confident. The environment is structured but still very fun, which keeps the kids engaged while they’re learning real skills. We’re very thankful to have found this school and are looking forward to seeing her continue to grow here. Highly recommend to any parent considering martial arts in Socorro.

Misty is very good with all the kids. My son been enjoying taekwondo. My son has gained more confidence and focus more.
