I am very happy with our family's experience with the school. My kids range from 6 to 12. Sensei Brewer is knowledgeable and adapts instruction not only to each class age level; he also gets to know the individual student. He praises their strengths and constructively helps address areas of improvement. I have seen positive growth in all four of my kids in many areas since they began attending the school.

Mr. Brewer is a really great sensei. He is very understanding. I have 3 children in his Martial arts academy, one is in his little dragon's class one is in his kids class and one is in his teen adult class. They all love it. My wife I have recently joined after watching our kids for a year in the program and it has been great getting into shape we love it. It has been difficult because I have a couple medical conditions but like I said Mr Brewer is a very understanding sensei. Through his instructing I have been able to improve my balance which I had none when I started and overall my health is just much better. I feel healthier everyday. Though our dedication and Mr. Brewer instructions there is no stopping us.

He trains in all aspects of the Martial Arts style for karate, BJJ,Judo, CSW kick boxing, and self defense. My kids have learned so much their focused is better at school and home and they have learned respect and their confidence has gone way up. Would highly recommend this school. Our nine-year-old grandson is enjoying the balance of challenge and fun. He is benefitting from strengthening exercises as well as balance and muscle coordination training. Happy atmosphere and caring, observant instructors. He is looking forward to earning his next belt. Highly recommend this school.

We had a very unfortunate experience here. My kiddo was in the beginner class and hardly learned any real karate skills in the months she attended. The teacher seemed unable to manage kids in this age group. 90% of the classes ended up being split into groups where some slightly older kids were teaching the younger kids. The older kids aren't trained to coach and help with techniques. I feel with the amount you pay each month, your child should be taught by someone with coaching experience and help them to become comfortable and familiar with at least some skills. On top of that, Buyer Beware, they charge you a $200 fee to cancel your child's classes regardless of how long he or she attended classes at this dojo. They also charge you for classes even when the dojo is closed for repairs like floor installation or A/C outage. I would not recommend or return.
