I had an amazing time! I enjoyed the level of interaction with the staff. The intensity of the work out was exactly what i needed even at level 1 and i cant wait to make progress and move up over time! Thank you so much ladies for such a great first experience!

Ladies, just tried out my free intro class & was pleasantly surprised. It's a cardio boxing workout. Daya was very helpful in giving me one on one attention to explain the different stations. Don't be intimidated - If you're going to PF or Blink (PureGym), but maybe bored or not seeing results, give this a try. Nothing to lose. Great music Playlist that kept me hyped. Super convenient location. They even have an area for the kids while you workout so that's a huge plus as even the gyms don't have that.

This was an amazing experience. Shari was friendly and super helpful with getting me acclimated to the space, and I really enjoyed the workout. I will definitely be back!

Highly recommended. I thought that 30 Minute Hit was going to be, your average Hit workout with set stations and easy. Boy was I wrong! My trainer Jayden took me there a 30 minute high impact Kick boxing, cardio and boxing session, that left me drenched. The workouts are beginner friendly and you are encouraged to go at your own pace, but push pass your own limits. I really liked the turtle kick station, The Guard and Bob. If you want to know what these stations are in detail...I suggest you check out 30 Minute Hit in Brooklyn. The owner Shari reached out directly to me, if I had any concerns or questions prior to training. 👍🏾👍🏾Looking forward to my next session.

This was the best workout I’ve had in a while, would highly recommend to any woman looking for an intense but fun cardio workout! Great staff and positive environment!
