I started training at DiamondHeart recently after relocating to the area. I’d trained Muay Thai at one other gym for a few years, so coming to a new space was a bit daunting but Gavin and the team were extremely friendly and welcoming. After just one session I knew that DiamondHeart was a fantastic gym with a great community - it’s a huge space, well organised, and has excellent coaches. Highly recommend checking it out!

DiamondHeart hosted an incredible smoker. It was well run, safe, fun and a highly well executed production overall. As a woman, I’ve always felt safe at DiamondHeart. Specs was an awesome announcer. Gavin was a great host. The whole DiamondHeart team was very professional, and they hired a great referee company. Shoutout fighter Peter Kuo!

Started my martial arts journey here about a month ago after being absent to sports for some years. All I can say is, what an amazing place! Everybody is so welcoming and respectful. Especially as a beginner I was very nervous but the community here is amazing. It truly feels like a third place. Started out with Muay Thai and it didn’t take long for me to try out BJJ, boxing, kettlebells and yoga since they have a ton of classes available for everything at all times. Also you can try all the different classes during the free trial week which is great. Gym, mats and showers are always clean and in very good shape.

DiamondHeart: Where Enthusiasm Meets Confidence In the month Grace (6) has been training at DiamondHeart, the results in her enthusiasm, confidence, and socialization have been phenomenal. We have tried several other activities—camps, ballet, and swimming—but none have yielded results as positive as her time on the mat here. Specifically, we want to recognize Paloma, the coach for the children's grappling class. How blessed we are to have found such a wonderfully caring and patient teacher. Grace speaks highly of her time on the mat and reacts with enthusiasm at each opportunity to attend. Thank you to the entire staff for creating such a welcoming environment. We couldn't be happier with our decision to choose DiamondHeart as our new home and look forward to growing with you!

After strength training here for several months, I finally got to attend my first fighting event tonight! The event was well organized and the atmosphere was so fun. There's a great sense of community and I can't wait until the next one!
