Favorite new gym in BK! Classes are well-structured, the space is always clean, and the instructors are top-notch. Each coach brings their own unique approach, making it a great fit for both beginners and experienced boxers. This is the place to be! (*PLUS they throw some pretty dope ass fight nights ;))

Newest favorite gym in Brooklyn is here!! I’m totally a beginner at boxing, and the energy at FNT keeps me motivated to keep coming back. After trying different styles of classes, intro to fighting along with conditioning helps me stay in shape while finding strength in boxing fundamentals. Each instructor brings a unique challenge in a curated high impact, high energy environment. Warning - privates with Julian will kill!!

Joy here. I stayed in New York for about a month and tried several boxing classes, but nothing compared to this spot. I ended up coming here regularly, and it quickly became one of the most memorable parts of my time in the city. The vibe is incredible, welcoming, motivating, and full of energy. The owner is a genuinely kind guy, and sometimes he even teaches classes himself. All of the coaches are skilled and supportive, which makes every session fun and challenging. When I think of New York, this gym will always be part of the memory. If you’re looking for a boxing class, this is easily one of the best I’ve ever been to.

FNT is easily the best boxing gym in the area. I’ve learned more there over the past six months than I have in my 4 years of boxing. Instructors are all ready to answer questions, beginner and advanced friendly, and know how to get a sweat on through a class. Unlike other gyms I’ve been a part of, FNT is community based, it’s easy to meet others and join their events if you want. Recommend for first timers, they have all the gear you need, and will help you set up, as well as experienced boxers, their ring work and sparring classes are great.
