THEY STOLE FROM ME!!! THIS REVIEW IS NOT FAKE!!! So I enjoyed being a member there, but when I had to unfortunately had to cancel they took an extra $170 when they weren't supposed to. They took it the week of black Friday (which is one of the worst possible times). When I reached out in order to get my refund, I had to send numerous emails (which they would ignore if I was too nice in them). They told me to wait 5-7 business days for the refund, but once those days were up, they completely stopped responding to my emails and kept the money. I had tried numerous times to reach contact with them but they won't respond anymore. I really needed and still need that money, but that means nothing to them. IF YOU SEE A SIMILAR MESSAGE FOR ANOTHER ILKB LOCATION, IT IS BECAUSE I TOLD THEM IN MY LAST EMAIL THAT I WOULD BE POSTING A REVIEW FOR EVERY LOCATION, IN HOPES THAT THEY WOULD AT LEAST RESPOND TO ME....WHICH THEY STILL HAVE NOT!

This boxing gym charged my account after I requested a pause and then again after I requested to cancel my membership. In total they withdrew $432 for four months of classes that I did not attend. Despite my written requests to pause and then cancel my membership, they did not share their policies or inform me that my requests were not processed. Instead, they quietly allowed the charges to accrue until I discovered them on my bank statement. I spoke with employees at the gym who empathized and tried to help with a refund. Unfortunately, the nameless customer service team whom I am forced to communicate with exclusively by email refused to issue a refund. They took advantage of my lack of information to justify unauthorized charges and for this reason, I strongly recommend that anyone considering this gym beware.
