Max effort is applied by Coach Demetrius, Coach Chaz and Coach Rob to ensure you are pushed positively, have correct form and provide an overall positive vibe. I’ve been a member since the days of their old location, close to 10 years now and their clases are better than ever. Morning gang here! Even though you're not a morning person, their classes are always the best way to kick start your day! Special thanks to our coach Kwame for not making us do burpees. All the other coaches have been very encouraging and will push you to your limits. Always looking forward to coming to class because of them. Highly recommended!

First off the customer is a 10/10! The instructor was friendly yet thorough! It was my first time and he took time to personally check in and made sure I was properly learning the technique while not neglecting the entire class. I have already bragged about my kickboxing experience to everyone I know and I cannot wait to get back to the mat!

Coach Kwame is amazing. He pushes you to work your butt off but doesn’t force you to do more than you can handle. Class is chill and super fun. I come every week and everyone is friendly. The dojo is extremely clean and well maintained. I 100% recommend for anyone curious about kickboxing to come and try out his classes!
