Sense Takahashi is as authentic as you can get. His devotion to helping Students is impeccable. Don’t expect to have an easy time of it, since he will Turn you into a Samurai, through his teaching and your hard work. Before I had knee problems, I went to 4 of his classes per week, and got into World Class shape. This school is the best kept secret in all 5 boroughs. My only regret was moving, making it impossible To attend class any longer. God bless Sensei Takahashi. Jeff Davis
