I’ve been coming to Queens Training Club regularly since they opened a few months ago and am already a big fan! I really appreciate how customizable the strength and mobility classes are. This creates a beginner-friendly environment while also having the potential for more experienced lifters to really push themselves or use the class to focus on range of motion and form. The instruction is excellent and I’ve already noticed a lot of direct benefits carry over into my solo training time. The gym is very clean and it's clear that the owners take a lot of pride in both their business and the community they're creating. Just what the neighborhood needed!

Love this gym! They have amazing jiujitsu classes. I joined as a total beginner and everyone has been very supportive and helpful. Class sizes are small so you can get individualized attention. They also have great strength/mobility classes. Super women-friendly as well, which is a bonus.

Was here for a few months and I always had good training experiences here. The facility is impressive and every single one of the coaches are all very professional and welcoming. They also have a pretty robust set of gym equipment and great kettlebell classes.
