Everyone’s super cool here, coaching is top notch for everything, and as a Nogi guy specifically these days I must give Jon Calestine his due praise! Phenomenal instructor, chill as heck and has really elevated my grappling.

Trained here for 2 years after transferring from a different MMA gym. This place is soooo special. The people, the coaches, the training partners. Unlike anywhere else I’ve ever trained. I am moving and going to miss it so much — especially my crew in the basement! #CalestineCartel forever. Jon is the best BJJ coach in the entire game. I love this family so much and I’ll be back for drop ins any chance I get.

I went to this gym to take a class by Jon Calestine and it did not disappoint. Some of the best instruction I have ever received so many important details in the instruction that it was like a seminar in a regular class setting. The highest level Brazilian jiujitsu. I will definitely be returning.

Great authentic Muay Thai gym, definitely one of the best in the NYC. The coaches are very knowledgeable, who've fought professionally, and also trained in Thailand. The gym is very clean, spacious, has several heavy bags, kettlebells, and a weight lifting section. The coaches and members are both super welcoming and friendly. I started my Muay Thai journey here and I'm very grateful for this gym and community.
