Legend Shotokan Karate

My son has been training here for almost 3 years. He has been training in martial arts since he was 6. He is now 13 and I have watched his confidence grow and his abilities grow with it. He loves coming here to train with his second family. They are old school traditional and the real deal. They will laugh and cry and celebrate your successes with you. If you want your child to grow into a leader, if you want your child to learn real martial arts, if you want your child to grow up confident and capable, this is the school for you.

Most amazing experience of my life. Molded a boy into a man all while taking on the world competitively but most importantly in the real world. Not only has there been a lot of champions made here, there has been even more amazing human beings, Mother’s, fathers and role models made in this place. Excellent school wonderful teachers. I love the way they teach and discipline my kid.

My sister and I attended classes here throughout our youth and it’s something we often think about. Amazing instructors and real world knowledge of shotokan karate. They don’t call themselves The Legend for nothing. You become a family when you take classes here. The morals and lessons I learned here stuck with me throughout my adult life and I plan on enrolling my children in classes when they’re of age.

I remember when they use to rent a location here in Brooklyn at Our Lady of Refuge Church. My brother was around 13 years old when i use to bring him here for lessons; great Shihans. Very hard coworkers-great memories!
