As a super introvert female who has no athletic abilities, stepping into this gym last year was such a big personal decision, but I've never looked back since! Professor is knowledgeable and passionate about the sport, and people who come are chill and supportive. The classes are demanding but soo worthwhile, and no matter your level you're always learning something every class. If you're on the fence about the sport/gym, just come for a trial class, you won't regret it!

After my gym closed down I kinda wanted to continue doing my training somewhere else and luckily enough this gym recently opened near my apartment of all places! Going in there blind, I got to meet a gaggle of like minded people who love training in jiu Jitsu as well, the teacher is well versed in both striking and grappling and everyone in there are always down to help one another! I really recommend if you live around the flushing area, this gym is perfect for me I’m happy to train here after 2 years!

This gym deserves 5 stars! I’m a beginner in BJJ and struggle to memorize and perform moves on others. I was so overwhelmed with all these difficult concepts like mount, kimura, and americana, but Professor Andy always shares his knowledge with us patiently. He points out the small details that can make a big difference in a move, even though I’m still working to get it right 😂. I always bug him with my silly newbie questions, but he always spend time to answer and demonstrates the move. You can tell he has a great passion for this sport. The vibe and energy in this gym is also a HUGE HIGHLIGHT as everybody is so keen to help me out 🥹, which helps me a lot in my BJJ journey . Ossssssss!
