Absolutely incredible Muay Thai gym, I started going here early in the summer last year and keep coming back whenever I have time. The staff is well organized and friendly. The gym and the equipment is clean. Classes are fun and different depending on the coach you sign up for. Your experience may differ depending on your partner but everyone is very friendly and open to helping you out if its your first time. I would say it is best to come to your first class in proper clothes and with some idea of what the basics are as the classes are usually full and the coach can’t provide individual attention at all times. Overall its a great gym with a welcoming community at a reasonable price.

I had an incredible experience at Two Bridges Muay Thai. The moment I walked in, I could feel the energy — this isn’t some cookie-cutter gym, it’s a place built from passion and hard work. The founders literally started training under the bridges during the pandemic, and you can still feel that raw dedication in every class. The coaches are top-notch: knowledgeable, motivating, and they break things down so both beginners and seasoned fighters get something valuable. The training pushed me hard, but I always felt supported and safe. The “three-friend rule” they talk about is real — everyone from the front desk to the other students went out of their way to make me feel part of the family. The class itself was a perfect balance of technique, cardio, and striking. By the end, I was drenched in sweat and smiling ear to ear. What stood out most was the sense of community — this is more than a gym, it’s a home for people who love Muay Thai and want to grow together. If you’re looking for world-class training, a welcoming environment, and a team that genuinely cares, this is the place. Two Bridges isn’t just about fighting — it’s about building bridges, and I’m glad I found it.

TBMT has become a second home! The coaches are skilled, knowledgeable, and patient with all members. Whether it’s your first class or you’ve been training for years, you will find space to work on your technique. It’s both a great workout and a great community. Truly all experience levels are welcome, and the environment is open, friendly, and focused. This gym has done an exceptional job empowering women and other people who do not typically see themselves represented in a combat sport. Because of this place, I have found strength, empowerment, and close friends. I cannot recommend enough!

One year officially training at this gym. Coaches are very patient as well as beginner friendly from the day I started. Word of advice for all first timers, make sure you let your instructor and front desk know if its your first time ever training the art as well as your partner who you end up pairing with! Everyone is friendly and will offer advice, including myself if you run into me! Great gym and gym community.
