If you're interested in training BJJ or kickboxing but unsure if it's for you, this is the place to do it. The instructors and fellow students are welcoming and patient to those with all skill levels, and the sense of community makes it so much more than just a martial arts school. The passion and knowledge for the art really shows through the instructors' enthusiasm in a way that makes every class engaging, accessible, and most importantly FUN.

I've been taking early morning Shinobi fitness and Cardio kickboxing classes over the summer. I love the individualized approach and small class size. Both classes offer a great workout (I use them for cross-training), appropriate for all levels, and are a great mixture of cardio, endurance, flexibility and strength training. Studio is spacious and clean.
