I have been training at this gym for nearly two years and I am so proud and happy to have started my martial arts journey here. I have trained under Coach Vinny and his training pushes you but at the same time he keeps you safe while making sure you learn. I have also trained under coach Johnny and I take a class from him I learn something great to make a better fighter. If you're looking for a place to learn martial arts, Zombie Muay Thai is highly recommended ❤️🔥

I recently had the pleasure of attending a class at Zombie Muay Thai, and I must say, it was a truly outstanding experience from start to finish. As someone who has trained in multiple countries and sampled countless martial arts and fitness classes, I can confidently say this studio is in a league of its own. Exceptional Instruction & Deep Technical Knowledge The first thing that immediately stood out to me was the quality of instruction. The coach wasn’t just demonstrating movements — they were breaking everything down with clarity and intention. Every drill was accompanied by a thoughtful explanation of why it mattered, how it connected to real fight scenarios, and how to execute it safely and effectively. Their passion for Muay Thai is obvious, but what impressed me even more was their commitment to making sure every student — beginner or advanced — genuinely understands the technique. This is the kind of teaching that builds real skill, real confidence, and long-term progress. A Studio That Feels Like Family The environment at Zombie Muay Thai is incredibly welcoming. From the moment I stepped in, I felt embraced by the community. There’s no ego here — just encouragement, respect, and a shared love for the art. Experienced members go out of their way to support newcomers, and that level of camaraderie is rare in martial arts gyms. Whether you're walking in with zero experience or years of training, you’ll feel like you belong. A Workout That Pushes You & Leaves You Better Muay Thai has a reputation for being intense, and this class delivered in all the right ways. The drills were challenging but accessible, and the coach provided thoughtful modifications when needed. I left drenched, energized, and already excited for my next session. --- ⭐ NEW ADDITION: The Warrior Class — My New Favorite Training Experience ⭐ This morning, I took the Warrior Class at Zombie Muay Thai, and I have to say: this class is something special. This is the closest thing I’ve found in the U.S. to the fighter mobility and conditioning classes I experienced in Asia — and, honestly, it might even be better. The Warrior Class is a beautifully structured hour that blends: Mobility training for fighters Strength conditioning tailored to the demands of Muay Thai Core stability work that every striker needs Full range-of-motion drills within proper fight stance Strengthening of weaker links like wrists, ankles, and stabilizers Movement patterns that reduce injury and increase explosive power This isn’t just a workout — it’s a complete system designed to prepare you to fight, move, and recover like an athlete. Everything had intention behind it. Everything felt functional. Everything connected directly to real Muay Thai performance. By the end of class, I walked out feeling stronger than ever — grounded, stable, mobile, and powerful. It genuinely elevated my entire understanding of how a fighter’s body should move and be trained. A Class That NEEDS To Be on the Schedule More Often Right now, the Warrior Class is only offered on Mondays, and I truly hope the gym considers adding it multiple times per week. This is exactly the type of training that helps fighters prevent injuries, move efficiently, improve endurance, and build the foundational body mechanics necessary to level up. If you’re serious about your Muay Thai journey, this class is essential. --- ⭐ Final Thoughts ⭐ Zombie Muay Thai delivers on every front — instruction, community, intensity, technique, and now, with the Warrior Class, world-class functional training that rivals elite gyms in Thailand and beyond. Whether you’re a beginner looking to start your journey or a seasoned fighter wanting to sharpen your edge, this is the place to be. I cannot recommend it enough, and I absolutely cannot wait for my next session.

This place was such a great environment, and I felt very welcomed. As a beginner I was a little nervous getting into a combat sport again after so long. I came with a friend and we did a free trial class with Cha. He was very patient with us and taught us a lot in our first class. Definitely going to be coming back in the future loved the vibes. We went for a 12 PM class and it wasn’t too crowded.

I felt the class was very disorganized. It's definitely not good for beginners. People weren't friendly and were very cliquish. It was very uncomfortable. The coach did not help with my form. The facilities could be cleaner. This place charges more than other more established gyms that have produced great fighters. Looking at the website it looks like John is the only professional fighter. I don't recommend.
