My husband and I have been going to BOUT since Nov 2023. We absolutely love it. Amazing workout with great instructors and small class sizes (max is 11, I believe). Receptive to community feedback (e.g., they added early weekday classes). A special shoutout to Coach Colin because he is outstanding - technically skilled, encouraging of all, respectful, and begins every single class on time.

I started going to Bout Boxing in October 2023 just to see what it was like, and now I’m hooked! I go thrice a week, and I look forward to it after a long day at work. The classes have been a game changer for my physical and mental health. And I feel so much stronger now. The mix of boxing and strength/cardio exercises is perfect, and the trainers really know how to push you in the best way. They always make sure your form is on point and keep you motivated. Coaches Colin and Raul are especially my favorites. If you’re thinking about trying boxing and adding a fun workout to your routine, I can’t recommend Bout Boxing enough!

I have been going to Bout since May of 2022. Always a great, intense workout with an excellent combination of boxing and HIIT/weights. The trainers are all excellent, they care about making sure you are getting your proper form in, mix up combos and create a positive atmosphere. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great workout.

Love Bout! I had been on the look out for a new boxing studio since moving to the area and Bout definitely met and exceeded my expectations. All of the coaches are awesome and you get a great work out in every class. If you are hesitant to try - don’t be! Bout is not intimidating at all and the community is super welcoming and friendly. Small classes (which I personally like) so a lot of 1:1 with the coaches. Highly recommend if you want a good sweat and cardio class!

We started abt a month ago & absolutely LOVE IT!!! Already feeling & seeing a difference in my arms, legs & core, as well as improving stamina & strength. We generally go in the mornings & Keven is AWESOME!!! He's super encouraging, patient & keeps us on our toes with challenging workouts that are tailored to each group in the class. Great music that keeps you moving as well!! Also have had a class or two with Nell & Sean & always feel like we get an incredible workout & the most bang for our buck, dripping sweat & feeling great. Excited to see results at month 3, 6 & one year. 10/10 would recommend :)
