My name is issam and I’m a passionate and dedicated boxing enthusiast. I’ve been training regularly and working on improving my skills, and I’m very interested in taking the next step in my boxing journey. This gym is perfect for beginners who want to grow into professional Muay Thai kickboxers while learning authentic Muay Thai boxing. I’m truly impressed by the environment here—the space is so clean, equipped with modern training machines, a large fighting ring, multiple branches, plenty of boxing and Muay Thai heavy bags, and even showers. Overall, an awesome gym!

I was welcomed in, the room had great energy, there is space to workout and train and it feels like an actual gym (compared to those out there now that feel too comercialized.) I've already talked to a friend about the gym and she is interested in possibly learning Muay Thai herself so maybe she'll join too.

Highly recommend! The staff and folks I interacted with were all very helpful and kind. The Boxing - Beginner Class with Maksym was a super fun challenge as someone with zero experience. Fast-paced but not unmanageable for someone new to training. For my first time ever throwing a punch, it was a great time. I’ll definitely be returning regularly :)

I attended my first boxing class at Church Street and was really disappointed with the experience. I’ve been boxing at a beginner/intermediate level on and off for about four years, and this class made me feel very uncomfortable. I was paired with a partner who was neither kind nor patient, and even after offering to switch after the first round, they insisted we stay paired and were rude throughout. I also expected some one-on-one time with the instructor on the mitts, but we were only paired with other students the entire class. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience and I won’t be returning.
