Hip Fit is a fantastic workout with amaazing music! It's always on point and inspires me to keep pushing. The exercises are dynamic and fun in an uplifiting, non-judgmental environment. I’ve been going to Hip Fit Fitness for over 2 years now and the classes are fun and such a great workout! Deena is a great coach who’s very attentive, patient, and motivational. Her dedication to build a strong community and a place for all is what keeps Hip Fit boxers loyal to the gym and motivates new boxers to want to join. Overall a great place to get a morning workout in and feel good after!

I love this class! Deena is super motivating, fun & energetic, and the music is great. I got my black belt as a teenager so I come here to maintain my skills and stay in shape. The class is perfect for experienced kickboxers as well as first-timers ✨

I’ve been attending classes for about a year and it is truly the most welcoming workout class I’ve ever been to. Plus the classes are always fun (yes even abs day) and have great music! No matter your fitness level or what kind of kickboxing experience you have, you will be able to follow along in a supportive and motivating environment.
