You will not find a better gym. Kru William is just the best trainer there is in nyc. He makes everyone feel welcomed, and everyone treats each other like a family. Nothing but good vibes, and seriousness about improving ones fighting technique. I’ve been coming here a little over a year, and I still feel as comfortable as I did when I first started!

Absolutely love this gym!! The coach and the students are very hard workers and they show signs of true warrior spirit if you want to change your life and mindset overall please come check out this muaythai gym!!

Great gym and extremely challenging. Everyone is super supportive and will push you to do your best. I would definitely recommend getting a monthly pass or even paying for one class just to check it out. Kru Willie is a great coach.

This gym has really helped me a lot improvement and what I mean is thatThis gym helped me lose a lot of weight like I went from being 190 pounds to 150 and also this gym really helped me get my confidence up and also the amount of respect in the gym from the people genuinely surprised me. If your trying to find a Muay Thai gym I highly recommend this gym lions roar Muay Thai since you can train any day of the week help you reach your goals especially in fitness and confidence.

It’s a great training gym that helps out very much. Five days a week, gets you into shape and helps with discipline, along with your fighting skills.
