I've been working out at this gym for a little over two years now and absolutely love it. The workouts are challenging and slightly different each time so I feel like I'm constantly learning. The instructors are awesome and get to know you well. They give nice pointers in class that have really improved my technique. Wouldn't go anywhere else for kickboxing!

I have been a member of this gym for 6 years and started taking classes individual classes in 2018. The level of instruction is one of the best I have encountered in my many years (~30) of martial arts training across different styles (CMA, Karate, MMA/BJJ) and instructors. Whether you are a beginner wanting to get in shape and learn basic technique or an advanced practitioner who would like the experience and guidance of a world renowned CMA instructor

I’ve been training at this kickboxing gym for a little over a year now and I absolutely love it. Every instructor is not only super knowledgeable but also really motivating, making each class challenging and fun. The environment is welcoming and supportive, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. It’s truly one of my favorite places to be, I couldn’t recommend it more! ❤️

This is one of the best workouts you can get in NYC! The gym is no frills, but I can guarantee you will get some great exercise with real-world application and instruction on proper technique. I began coming to this gym for an accessible workout, and over 3 years later, take their Kickboxing, San Da, and Kung Fu classes! It is a place where everyone is welcome and the community of people is what makes it so unique.

I have been going to classes here via classpass and have taken about six classes so far. I am a real beginner and appreciate the time they take correcting and helping me. Great staff that is always friendly. NOT a fancy gym at all, be warned, but great classes in a simply environment
