Ray Longo's Mixed Martial Arts

Everyone posts reviews w/all super glowing feedback to emphasize all the positives! This place is not that!!!! ITS MORE AND THEN SOME!!!! To each his own~and whomever posted less than 5stars~It is what YOU make of it!!and this place should have a 10 star rating! I trained at many places throughout my life~Now have kids and the short time We had w/this place it was just awesome to see experience w/heart. I would not just recommend, I would say sign up and see for yourself, WELL WORTH IT. Thank You Ray :) You and your team went above and beyond to make sure my kids had a gr8 training experience.

We just moved back to LI from Florida and we checked out a few other mma gyms for our kids (boy 11 girl 10 and they have both been taking Jiu Jitsu for 7 years). I was between two gyms. I asked the kids which one they wanted to go to and without a doubt they chose Longos MMA. I can tell you that Longos did not disappoint. They have been so friendly and welcoming. You immediately feel like you’re part of the family. So happy to be back on Long Island and even more so and proud that they are part of Team Longo.

There is a Godfather of MMA On Long Island, and if you haven't known of him, now you do. His name is Ray Longo, Everybody knows that he has had 4 UFC Champions, but it's not just his genius in the Arts its the fact that he cares about everyone that walks into his Gym. He treats everyone the same. You have world class training right here, and he's on the Premises every day, not in Acapulco. Best thing about Ray is that he not only makes champions but he wants everybody to be a winner outside the Cage..I consider myself beyond fortunate to be a part of this gym🙏

I've been training my son's with kicks since he was three and strikes as well. Bringing him to the school has been an eye-opener for me. The techniques they're showing for footwork, and how they're gradually moldin and cultivating him and how he's having fun in the process is golden! He looks forward to each class it was a right fit at the right time. I recommend the school for anyone in the area as willing to get professional MMA coaching for the children.
