I love this gym. And I am not the typical profile of a WTF client. I am a 62 year old female who has been training at this gym consistently unless I have been injured or traveling. The coaches/teachers are great and the gym equipment is solid. I feel welcome here and highly recommend this gym as an alternative to chains.

Have only been coming here a week and already love it enough to 10/10 recommend!! Simply put, the gym offers an amazing community, a fantastic workout, and a real lesson in technique. I’ve never boxed in my life and every single person has been so kind & patient & incredibly happy to teach me. The gym is very close-knit - every employee I’ve interacted with has asked me if I’m new, not to single me out, but because they already know everyone here so well. The gym’s owner himself is also heavily involved as a coach which I don’t think many boxing gyms can say. If you are already a pro don’t worry the classes don’t slow down for beginners like me :) Also dogs roam free which is just adorable Do yourself a favor and go

I can’t say enough good things about this gym! From day one, the energy has been motivating and welcoming. The coaches genuinely care and push you to grow in the best way possible. Every class challenges me physically and mentally, and I always leave feeling stronger and more confident.

I love it. I go to the semi-private/coaching class and they’re great. It’s a max of only 4 people and the coach. But because of the priceyness of the class; it’s usually or two people. The benefits with that is that you practically have your own boxing coach.

I came to this gym looking for more guidance, knoweldge, and most importantly to get better at my craft. I did achieve some of these things while I was here but I also came with a price of being harassed by everyone in the gym. I started off with a promotional offer as a new member which was cool. So for starters I take boxing very seriously and want to compete. I don’t box just for the workout. I normally don’t even speak to people when I am in the gym but I adapted to the environment and tried to keep things friendly and kosher. Some of the coaches know some of their stuff. If you’re looking to fight I would not recommend this gym. This is more of a commercial workout gym, to make “friends” and connections. I picked up a lot of good things here but the harassment wasn’t worth it. I would have people disrupting my workouts by attempting to drink water in my face while working out (essentially trying to mess with me mentally by telling me I take steroids), talking my ear off about nothing to try and distract me from training, touching me innaproiately , attempting to scare me or provoke me to hit them…the list goes on but coming to this gym was an overall bad experience. Not to mention all the money you pay to go there and there is no hot water or heat in the winter so have fun taking a cold shower. So I was recently “terminated” from the gym for sparring too hard, which I didn’t even know that could be a thing ( the softest shit I’ve ever heard). Mind you I was told by the coach of the class that I’m really coachable but I was still terminated….sounds like I’m too good for this place. But if anyone knows anything about boxing if you get hit with a hard shot you’re going to come back with hard shots or coach can yell out “hey Eric take it off a littler bit”…”ok no problem”. Instead I was terminated with no explanation(unprofessional) but that’s okay because onto bigger and better. These people wasn’t there fist time boxing either, if you throw hard shots it’s with intention so I’m going to return the favor with hard shots too. If you’re looking to learn a few things about boxing and be taught to have a soft mentality then this is the gym for you. If you’re serious about fighting I do not recommend this gym to any fighter out there. This gym will take your money and will continue to watch you “boxing” with horrible form. I appreciate what I got out of the gym to become the next world champ🫡🤑
