Came to core to work on my stand up for jiu-jitsu. Great instruction from coach Ryan. He's very organized in his teaching. Highly recommend this school.

I can't say enough great things about Core Wrestling. The jiu-jitsu classes, led by Jake and Summer, are exceptional. Their expertise, patience, and teaching skills create an engaging and effective learning environment. Jake's infectious joy makes every session a pleasure to attend. On the wrestling side, my son has seen incredible growth, improving tenfold in just a few months. The wresting side's coaches are remarkably accomplished, with a dedication and work ethic that inspire their students to excel. Core Wrestling’s demanding and focused approach stands out, especially compared to the more casual atmosphere of many other martial arts programs. Highly recommended!

I have witnessed first hand the level of integrity, devotion and care that the coaches invest across the board, and you see so much growth and confidence in their athletes. Coach Banks and his team do a phenomenal job here, and I highly recommend Core Wrestling!

We love Core Wrestling! It's a Fantastic black owned business. The coaches are very attentive, show great dedication & maintain flow of practice. They push my 8yr old son right were its needed. I Highly recommend Coach Banks & Team. Thank you Core!

Three of our boys have been a part of CORE! We love the focus on discipline, commitment and community. The mindset growth opportunities help the boys grow in character as much as the physical work helps them grow and develop physically. We are grateful for this community!
