My experience at Crunch Fitness has been incredibly positive. I joined three months ago on the recommendation of my super-fit son-in-law. As someone in my sixties who had never lifted a barbell, I was initially quite intimidated. However, I’m extremely happy I joined, and I am particularly grateful to be working with my trainer, Marta. She is smart, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. In just three months she has coached me far beyond what I thought possible. While I am particularly fond of Marta, I have found the entire staff to be consistently helpful, encouraging, and accommodating. The facility itself is spacious, clean, organized, and I can almost always find my first choice of equipment. Although the gym community is primarily much younger than me, I’ve found everyone to be respectful.

Great gym and great location. The facility is always super clean, the equipment is well maintained, and everything is usually in working order which makes workouts smooth and hassle-free. Staff does a good job keeping the place organized and the atmosphere is solid. Definitely one of the better Crunch locations I’ve been to.

If you’re looking for a personal trainer who truly cares about your progress, look no further than Dani ( Daniela Koutsogiannis) at Crunch Fitness! Training with her has been a total game-changer. She is incredibly creative with her workouts—you’ll never get bored because she always introduces fresh, effective exercises I’ve never seen anywhere else. She has a unique talent for pushing me to my limits while making the entire session feel like a blast. What sets Dani apart is her personality; she is so fun to be around and genuinely supportive and encouraging. Even on days when I’m struggling, her energy keeps me going. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to level up their fitness and actually enjoy the process! The overall atmosphere at this gym is top-notch, too. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, and the manager, Antony, is always welcoming and makes you feel like part of the community from the moment you walk in.

They tell one thing over the phone and another thing in person.Absolutely terrible service. I have cancelled subscription once and got told by one of the workers that you have nothing to worry about and that my membership has been successfully cancelled. Still got charged after that and they told me that only canceled one of my memberships. Then I called them and made sure that both of my accounts BOTH are canceled. They told me once again that they have canceled both accounts and I’m still being charged to this day. Absolutely ridiculous. Such a SCAM of a gym. It’s unfortunate because the gym itself is pretty good. 4.5 rating for this gym is diabolical, it should be 2 stars max.

I am assigning a three-star rating to this facility based solely on the physical infrastructure (cleanliness and equipment). The remaining two-star deduction is a direct reflection of a systemic failure in leadership and staff professional standards. Roughly a month ago, while utilizing the facility, my workout was interrupted by two individuals who unilaterally seized my equipment during a brief rest period. Upon my return, I attempted to de-escalate the situation by clarifying my continued use of the station. This resulted in an immediate escalation by the other parties, involving verbal harassment and explicit threats of physical violence in the parking lot. The subsequent intervention by Crunch Fitness staff was marked by a profound lack of professional neutrality. Rather than following standard conflict resolution protocols, staff engaged in the following: Premature Judgment: Staff bypassed an objective investigation, instead choosing to physically surround and belittle my account of the events before gathering facts. Failure of Duty of Care: Despite the other parties vocalizing threats of physical battery, management failed to take any disciplinary or protective action, effectively validating the harassment. Professional Negligence: Even after the aggressors eventually admitted to their conduct, no apology or corrective statement was offered by the staff for their biased behavior. This incident demonstrates a critical lack of training in member safety and conflict management. When staff prioritize 'gym-floor politics' over the physical safety of their members, it creates a liability-rich environment that is inexcusable for a professional establishment." UPDATE: 1-STAR RATING This downgrade is due to management’s failure to address a specific incident involving staff members and two gym members who attempted to bully me earlier in this engagement. Despite bringing this to their attention, ownership has chosen to provide generic corporate excuses rather than addressing the unprofessional conduct of their employees and members. This creates and eviroment where the paying customer instead of the establishment is expected to be the stop to resolution. When members feel emboldened to harass other members—and management refuses to take corrective action—the culture is fundamentally broken. Recommendation for : If you prefer an environment where you aren’t subjected to bullying, drive 5 miles down the road to LA Fitness. Better management usually results in better-behaved staff.
