reviewsWhat Members Say
Members praise the excellent coaching staff for being extremely nice, well educated, and focused on technique development. Reviewers consistently mention the positive, encouraging environment where everyone wants to work and improve together. Several members specifically highlight how the club transforms young athletes and prepares them for life's challenges. However, one parent expressed serious concerns about coaching engagement with very young beginners, noting that coaches sometimes ask young children to leave rather than redirecting them, which has caused some children to lose their love for wrestling.

I've had a great experience with Talley Properties and their Maintenance Coordinator AR. They are always quick to respond to any issues and are always willing to help.

My kid, who is 6, loved going to wrestling. He went twice a week for almost a year to the beginner class. However las class the coaches asked for him not to come back. The coaches said he was too much of a distraction. Yet instead of redirecting and engaging with the young kids they sit against the wall on their cell phones unengaged. Youth sports should be about fun with engagement and motivation. He cried when he was told he would not be able to attend wrestling class anymore. How is that developing a young kids love for the sport. The coach even told me this and wasn’t the first time he has ask a young beginner wrestler to leave the club. Imaging how many young kids have lost a the love of wrestling or motivation to participate in other sports. There are other ways to discipline and introduce kids to sport . There’s a lot of knowledge among the leaders of dark horses and they are are great coaches with the middle and high school levels. But they lack the ability and coaching skills to work with young wrestlers and that is a opportunity missed on both side of the whistle.
