I can’t speak highly enough of the Greensboro Judo Club. I started about 2 months ago and the people have welcomed me, worked with me and pushed me to be better every time I walk in there. It’s like a family that wants you to be your best. The instructors will teach and encourage you, but each person simply does as much as they can. The Greensboro Judo Club is an amazing deal at $50/month. Judo classes are held on Monday and Wednesday, Sambo on Tuesday and Thursday and Tae Kwon Do on Friday. Come out, learn, exercise and have a great time.

I love the Sambo classes on Tuesday and Thursdays! Dennis Jones (judo), Ben Rothrock (sambo), and Justin Harty and Jonathan Woodburn (of the Spartan Elite Wrestling) are extremely knowledgeable and great instructors!
