As a Plus Size girl gym-timidation can be emotionally draining and frustrating. I felt comfortable and empowered here. The trainers treated me with respect and consideratio! I really appreciated that. I received an attentive hands on experience by Alex via a 50 min full body workout. I love that MADabolic’s flexible and fun interpretation of interval-driven strength training allows you an intense full body workout that gets your heart rate consistently up and keeps you engaged with endless possibilities! I took a Momentum class. It gradually builds in intensity. The Focus is on athleticism & endurance where the pace was 6 rotations (2 each of 70% > 80% > 90% off weight limits) on 6 different stations. Let's just say you can feel the burn; especially by the 4th round! I also got adjust positions based on my flexibility and limitations. I like to give it 100% so I didn't change too much. Alex also gave me great suggestions how to use what I learned at home on non gym days. The venue is open and has a large breath of equipment to help you focus on training your core while you do a full workout that pushs your limits. I definitely appreciated the experience! I'm going to put those FSA/HSA Dollars to use!

Great gym with top notch trainers. They are very knowledgeable, and every workout is unique, designed with purpose, and attention to detail. Their workouts are adaptable for all fitness levels, with varying intensity depending on your experience and what you’re looking for. Overall, lots of variety so it never gets boring. Everything you do in each workout is with purpose. Even the warmups are designed to prepare you for that specific workout for the day. 10/10 would recommend

I’ve had such a great experience at MADabolic since starting in December. The facility is impressively clean, and the community is so inviting. A huge thank you to Alex for being so attentive to my injury—it made me feel comfortable enough to join as a full member after just two classes! The workouts are tough but rewarding, the coaches are incredibly helpful with form, and the playlist is always on point. So happy to be a part of this gym!

I’ve just started back into my fitness journey again and chose to do that at Madabolic South End. Alex reached out to me and offered some free classes to drop in and went ahead and scheduled everything for me. Very easy. She was communicative throughout everything and on my first day Coach Aly was waiting right there when I walked in. She knew I was coming, went over what to expect and then went right into the workout. The pace and instruction is exactly what I was looking for - they have a program that varies and mixes up throughout the month what you’ll be doing from intensity to deloading to allow recovery, yet still get a good workout in. So important! At the end of the class, Aly went over the program with me, answered any questions and signed me up for my next trail class. Again super helpful. By the end of the 2nd class I signed up. I’ve met 2 coaches so far, Aly and Jay, and they both were both great and involved; explaining/demoing the workout at the start and then walking around throughout the class, helping with movements and ensuring you’re doing them properly - to get the most out of it and avoid injury! Everyone made me feel right at home and I’m looking forward to getting into it full swing. Getting back into a gym can feel intimidating, but I was at ease from the get go. Full props for running a great facility with knowledgeable coaches!

I’ve been a member at Madabolic for about 3 months now and absolutely love it. I was skeptical at first since I hadn’t worked out in a gym for years, but I’m so glad I made the jump. The workouts are challenging but structured, the coaches are motivating, and I’ve already noticed real improvements in my strength and overall health. Highly recommend for anyone ready to push themselves and see results!
