My youngest son signed up for Taekwondo at MFMA last year, and just got his high green belt today. He absolutely loves the program, and the extra curricular activities, such as overnight camp, summer camp, and parent's night out. As the parent, I enjoyed watching my son grow with MFMA that I decided to join the adult program so that I could share the experiences with my son. I feel the exercise, leadership, and memorization of forms and knowledge to be beneficial in addition to spending time with my son. Thank you, sir!

I had seen this place pop up on a number of birthday party recommendations. I wanted something different since my kiddos usually choose a bounce house or laser tag. For $80/hr Master Matt plans the party, and also includes pizza and waters!! We did a 30 min taekwondo lesson, 30 min group games, and a 30min Nerf war!!! It left 30 min for pizza and cake. I've had so many compliments. Master Matt was engaging and kept it fun and really involved each kiddo. Definitely highly recommend!!

Master Majesky and incredible. Our son took their Little Ninjas class and is now a Gren belt in the kids class. He has grown so much over the last 3 years of classes. He is so much more confident, disciplined, better with his words with peers and has learned to believe in himself. It's amazing what Master Majesky can do!

I have been going to Movement with my family for years and as a students for about 6 months. Movement instructors are professional and willing to lend a hand if you aren’t grasping a technique. Several other physics fitness options are such as Kickboxing & yoga. These things while important are not what makes Movement stand out in my mind. Master Majesky strongly promotes a family atmosphere, not just all families but creating our larger Movement family and that is what keeps me going back!
