I had my first visit yesterday, and it was fantastic! Tommy patiently guided me through the boxing moves, and Alexis provided detailed follow-up. I left feeling energized and inspired. What a wonderful workout experience! I can’t wait to return!

This is by far the BEST place to get and stay in shape. The RockBox concept is absolutely incredible. Is a great environment to go through an intense workout while having fun doing it. All the trainers and managers are freaking AWESOME! Tommy, Ally, Sarah, Fernando, Aaron and Jay. What a crew! THAN YOU!

I have been doing RockBox for over 6 years. I am in my 60's and in much better shape than I was decades earlier. RockBox fitness experts will push you to get more cardio fit than you have ever been. Yet they will take time to work with you Individually and modify their exercises to suit you. They will also assist you get your diet headed in the right direction. It is my favorite workout place that I have ever done. Try I am sure you will like and think of it as one of the best decisions you have ever made. See you there.

I paid for a full year membership upfront at RockBox Fitness, and the gym closed just a couple months later. No warning, no transparency, and no effort to make members whole. I have emailed the owner multiple times trying to resolve this. He responded once, telling me he would process my refund the following week. That refund never came and since then, he has completely stopped responding. So to be clear: RockBox took prepaid membership money for services that were never provided, acknowledged the refund request, promised repayment, and then ghosted. This is not a cheap gym, and trust matters when you ask people to pay in advance. The way this was handled is completely unacceptable. If you’re considering RockBox, do not prepay and honestly, think twice before joining at all.

I cannot express enough how disappointed I am in the way this company and the gym staff handled canceling my membership. Seeing other reviews, I can see how this is common. I went to a free class last September but ended up only attending that one and canceling in January once I planned on moving. All was well and I stopped receiving charges, when months later, I receive multiple charges all at once! I called and they told me there was no record of me canceling in Jan. Not my fault. Also, I only asked for the $300 or so dollars back from those sudden charges, and went back and forth for days with one of the coaches. He offered one reimbursement as a favor, when the only services I acquired were technically free, and by the time i actually tried canceling I had already knowingly given them hundreds of dollars, which I never asked for. Beyond that, I was treated as a liar and it was so annoying and degrading that by that point, I told them not to bother with any refund. Looks like I paid for a lot of their updates and the joke was on me. Also, they had my new debit card info! How did they receive my info when I never gave it to them (the card on file expired after January, and suddenly they charged me I think in March on my new card? How does that happen?)
