RockBox classes are an outstanding workout that keeps things interesting by changing up every time with a mixture of boxing, weights, bodyweight, and other strength-building tasks. And let’s be honest, you just feel cool pounding on the bags with the big boxing gloves on. Probably the best endorsement is that it’s good enough to get me to actually get up and drag myself to the 5:15 AM class! All the staff I’ve met are super friendly, but special shout out to instructor Ben who keeps things light and fun and always patiently explains technique or helps us with our form. I’ve been going for about 5 months, and I’m really glad I decided to join.
