I love this place and recommend it to everyone who wants an amazing workout taught by the best instructors! I’ve taken lagree, boxing, strength, yoga, and stretch class. They also offer nutritional and physical therapy services and those professionals are phenomenal as well. Lagree is my favorite workout that I’ll never get bored of because it’s always a challenge. Strength and wellness is so welcoming and feels like a second home to me.

Great studio with a calming atmosphere, open layout, patient and knowledgable instructors, a clean environment and ample parking. We took a lagree class with Daniel that we really enjoyed and are excited to try a strength training class! This was my first lagree class in Charlotte and its the only place I’ll go for lagree from here on out. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love the Lagree class at Strength & Wellness Collective! I’ve been coming for a few months now, and I can’t say enough about how much I adore Dayron and Michelle. They both create such a welcoming and supportive environment. What I especially appreciate is how Dayron gives hands-on corrections during his classes, ensuring that I’m getting the most out of each move. He also challenges me every single week, which keeps me engaged and pushing myself to improve. If you’re looking to add something new and effective to your workout routine, I highly recommend giving Lagree a try. Tell them Jalia sent you—you won’t regret it!

Since becoming an unlimited member and working up to consistently following this model with a mixture of strength classes and Lagree classes, this is the first time I have gone skiing in over a decade that I truly felt strong enough and confident in my body. All of the prep work I have done with SWC whether it be strength classes with Sam, or Lagree classes with Dan has really paid off. I have tried other workouts and boutique fitness studios but this is the one that I have truly seen the best results in getting stronger. I can even feel myself engaging my core as I carve turns on the mountain. I can’t thank you all enough for providing the space and coaching that got me here and I am so grateful to be a part of this fitness community.
