Eileen was so kind and helped us check in with a day pass. You can tell how much love is poured into the gym by all the pieces from decades ago up to more modern pieces. This is definitely a gym you should go to if you are serious about lifting. I have never seen a 100 lb plate in person before. Will definitely be stopping by again if I am ever in Charlotte again! Also the other patrons were so kind, I think I got 3 compliments on my tattoos from strangers. They definitely don't do that in the north 😂

I want to give a big thanks to ChatGPT, my personal assistant Lol ….for helping me find Fitness Factory after my old gym closed. I was looking for the perfect mix of modern and old school vibes, and this place truly delivers. The atmosphere, the respect among members, and the overall energy make it one of a kind. The owners and staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the gym is always impressively clean. I also love seeing the owners’ dogs hanging out it adds such a warm, loving touch. Fitness Factory is exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

I’ve been lifting for 10+ years at this point, tried every commercial and private gym you can name. Somewhere along the way, I lost my passion for lifting in general. I thought a change of scenery would help and it has done that. The Fitness Factory is awesome, clean, all the weights are where they should be, tons of space, posing room, old school and brand new equipment etc etc. I especially enjoy the large variety of supplements of which you can self checkout at all hours of the day! highly recommend.

The staff, the equipment, the space- Absolutely fantastic! Very welcoming to me while I visited this gym. My first time to Charlotte, and they made it feel like home. Very convenient to attend and utilize their day pass. If I ever return to Charlotte, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Plus their mascot Oreo was the sweetest girl, very friendly and made my workout so much more enjoyable. 🐶

I had high hopes for this gym, but they were all not met. 1. There is no AC and at 1030am it was 79 inside the gym. Humid and gross with the odor of a men’s lock room 2. The equipment is mostly old (20+ years), reused weights that don’t match at all and machines that you have no clue what they do 3. Cable machines are the worst. None of them are smooth. They all catch on some thing and most don’t even have pins and there are no numbers or any of the weight. You have no idea how much you’re actually doing. 4. Free weights are there’s about five benches which are always taken so if you want to do free weights on a bench, you will always have to wait. 5. Good luck finding a rope pull down took me about five minutes. I only found one or any matching sets. This place is only good if you wanna spend $100 per month on just squat racks I guess some people are into that but for that price we should have a full service gym with air conditioning with lockers and also maybe a water filling station if you’re gonna make the gym almost 80° while you’re working out It’s a 0 ⭐️ for me. And I took some pics to help show the vibe.
