From the moment you walk in, there’s a welcoming, supportive community atmosphere. The coaches are fantastic and highly skilled. Coach Kon is always encouraging and truly embodies kindness, patience, and discipline. He has a rare ability to meet people where they are and help them grow with confidence and consistency, always seeing the potential in everyone. Coach Nolan exemplifies leadership through perseverance and enthusiasm. He inspires everyone to challenge themselves and keep showing up, believing in you long before you believe in yourself. Both are truly gifted at making every concept simple and easy to understand for kids and adults alike. As a woman, I’m so grateful to have a safe space to train where I feel not only respected, but empowered, with coaches who lead by example. As a mom, it’s been incredible to watch my kids’ skills and confidence skyrocket. And as someone who hadn’t exercised in years, I’m beyond thankful to have found this place. My son joined UMA about a year ago and I can’t say enough good things about this school! The place is a real deal. Coaches here are amazing - highly skilled, incredibly patient, supportive, and motivating. Every class is structured, challenging, and fun, and you can see the dedication they put into helping each little child grow. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, the instructors make you feel welcome and make sure you don’t chase chickens instead of training. The commitment to both the art and the students is truly inspiring. Union Martial Arts has been an amazing experience for my two daughters. Since joining, I’ve seen such a positive change in their confidence, discipline, and focus. Had two younger girls (6 & 9)start here a few months ago. All the coaches have been great with them and getting them acclimated to training. They’re very patient and take time to work with all the students. The facility is very nice, clean and the equipment is in great shape. They offer a variety of classes at various times which is great for those with busy schedules. The pricing is a great value and very affordable.
