Have loved going to this gym for several years now. The atmosphere is not stuffy, the facilities are clean, and the amenities are great! Especially love the FitCAMP class that is done there with Bill. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

I have worked out at this gym on a regular basis - 4-5 times per week - for about 20 years. I have also worked out at a lot of other gyms when traveling. Arena Atheletic is fantastic! Great equipment and plenty of it - weights and strength machines, cardio machines, floor space for stretching, etc. I have never had to wait for anything. They also have a fantastic group workout class - FitCamp - that has helped me stay in great shape as I get older. Great gym with great management. I highly recommend it!

I was a long time member then left for a gym closer to my house. That didn't last long. ADAC has everything I need and more. It is clean, staff is friendly, and FitCamp is awesome.

I highly recommend Fit Camp, which is hosted by the manager, Bill Brown. A great way to get a quick, high intensity workout in the morning or over lunch break.

Good location, however, it’s a bit overpriced for the machines & amenities offered, the very limited group classes available, & the limited gym hours. The staff could work on their personable skills while sitting at the front desk. For example, acknowledging the members as we arrive or leave - a simple hello/goodbye goes a long way!
