This place is a great balance of personality and discipline. Sifu Tony was very accommodating and the classes were large enough to get different experiences with opponents but small enough to get very focused teaching. My work schedule was just too erratic to take advantage of my membership. Would recommend to anyone who wants martial arts training.

I’ve been training here for about 2 years and the instructors are amazing in their passion for not only in their art, but their students. I have studied with several instructors over the years and Guru Tony and his team simply are wonderful! This is not just a place to come train, it’s a home. My Ohana!

I have been with the gym for a handful of years and can attest that it is the real deal. The training is authentic and true to the lineage of each art demonstrated. The gym is not full of knuckleheads trying to show off, but a "family" that roots for others to grow and succeed. The head instructor is kind and genuine in wanting to teach his craft and help others learn the arts as well as teach them skills that may someday save their life. Definitely recommend!

As one of the instructors at ICAA, I have had the privilege to spend many hours training and hanging with Sifu Anthony Jayme, owner and Head Instructor. His breadth of knowledge is impressive; drawing on his experience in the Filipino martial arts, Jeet Kune Do, MMA, and other disciplines; as well as his association with highly respected and well-known names in the martial arts world. One of Anthony’s admirable traits is his genuine humility: as a perpetual student he is always learning and striving to perfect his art; and this attitude is passed along to his students, especially his student-instructors. Our school is aptly called an “Academy”: a society of learned persons organized to advance an art or discipline. We treat everyone under our roof as an equal, while at the same time acknowledging the skills and experience of higher ranked individuals. Higher rank (if you choose to pursue it) means greater responsibility to help others. Whether you have prior experience or this is your first taste, you will find the encouragement, camaraderie, and training you need at ICAA to pursue your own goals in personal protection, fitness, or in improving your fighting skills. You may also form some life-long friendships!
