My kids and I came from Texas to Georgia to do a tournament and we were looking for a gym to train at before the tournament. This gym welcomed us in with open arms and allowed my kids to train with them, they have an awesome kids class and the instructors will give your kid a lot of attention. If I could give this gym 10 stars I would. Thanks again guys for having us.

I’ve been training at Jiu Jitsu Columbus for about seven months now, and I couldn’t be happier. Professor Brandon has done a fantastic job creating a culture that is welcoming, professional, and focused on growth. He has built a community where everyone helps each other Professor Brandon leads the school. Professor Dex and Professor Issac assist him. They are detail-oriented and patient with everyone. Sensei Chris runs an excellent Judo program that pairs perfectly with Jiu-Jitsu and has added to my standup game. Coach Johnny’s Muay Thai classes are technical and well-structured. Coach Jesse does a phenomenal job with the kids' class. He is patient, positive, and great with the kids. “EVERYBODY SAY LEGO GRIP!” I currently train in both judo and jiu-jitsu. I couldn’t ask for better instruction in each discipline. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, this is a place where you’ll be challenged and supported in your Jiu-Jitsu journey. I’m in the military moved here from California. They are extremely military-friendly, and a significant number of students and staff are active duty. So if you are PCSing and looking for a new home to train, I highly recommend coming here.

The kids program here is outstanding! My 5 year old has only been here a few months and the support of this community has helped Pierce on and off the mat. On the mat, the individual instruction and discipline from the teachers help focus and the importance of respecting others. If you’re a parent today who believes in raising a child in the right way to go, it is a lifeline in helping raise a generation. Thanks Columbus BJJ!

I was deployed with Brandon Dimick and as a 1st degree BJJ black belt myself, his wealth of knowledge ranks in the highest bracket of BJJ. He ran the BJJ program overseas and I was thankful for every second of training with him. Humble, knowledgeable, reliable, these are the words I would use to describe him. You can’t go wrong with this gym.

The coaches here truly care about the kids and not just their skills on the mat, but also their growth as confident, respectful kids. They take the time to encourage every child, and it shows in how excited my daughter is to go to class each week. My daughter used to get very frustrated when she didn't get something the first time, I haven't seen that once since she joined jiu jitsu Columbus. She has gained so much confidence since starting, and I love how they emphasize respect, discipline, and teamwork in everything they do. One of her favorite parts is working toward her stripes, it gives her a real sense of accomplishment and motivates her to keep improving. They also do things like parents night out on occasion which the kids love!
