I definitely recommend Southpaw! I joined 2 months ago and it was the best decision. There really is no other place in town as kind and welcoming as the owners and trainers at Southpaw. Right off the bat, I was treated like a long time friend. The trainers all have their own style, which is absolutely going to challenge you and motivate you. I always burn at least 1,000 calories but it's very dependent on how hard you want to push yourself. The price is better than ANYWHERE else. Love love love this place!!

Southpaw Boxing is an excellent choice, whether you're looking for a cardio workout or serious 1-on-1 boxing training with top-notch trainers. I've been bringing my daughter here for almost three years now, and she absolutely loves it and loves working with her coach Will. The schedule is flexible with hours that fit well into busy lives. It's a welcoming environment with great people all around. Blessed to have found this place❤️ Highly recommended!"

I had a great experience at Southpaw Boxing Club. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The class was great, I was able to work at my own pace but definitely challenged and encouraged to work hard and learn technique. Would definitely recommend Southpaw for new and experienced athletes.

This class is not for the faint of heart, I work out 3x a week in the gym, some light cardio here and there, and I've taken a few boxing classes years ago. This class is tough, my shirt is now a towel, and I expect to be incredibly sore tomorrow, but they'll see me again next week, it was a fantastic workout and the people were kind and inviting. 1000% recommend to those who want to be pushed.

I have been going to southpaw for almost 5 years and have loved every minute of it. I started out as a complete newbie, but all the trainers were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful while teaching me everything I needed to know. Eric’s an awesome owner who makes everyone feel at home! I’d recommend it to everyone! 😊
