Perfect gym for me, it's never packed at the time I go, the employees are really approachable, and the other members are simply there to work out (saying a lot after coming from OSU's rpac). I'd say great for any range of fitness/experience.

I have been training with Lubo aka “the beast” for 5 years on and off. Every time I stop seeing him, I fall into old habits and let myself get out of shape. I have come to the realization that I need Lubo to keep me fit. There is never a dull moment with Lubo. He makes me laugh when I feel like crying.

Great gym! I trained with Lubo for about three months - he's great! He even hosts boot camp on Sundays for his clients.
