Vital Combat Team

I have only had about 4 or 5 classes so far and have already learned so so much! The environment is incredibly uplifting and everyone is encouraging and very helpful. I have already started making some new friendships due to everyone’s friendly and open communication. This is something I have always wanted to do and am very happy I’m starting the journey here with these awesome people!!

My 8 year old daughter is in her third year of jujitsu and we recently transferred to JGMMA when they opened up this location. The amount of training, education and discipline she is receiving at this location is phenomenal. This gym is a family that respects one another that she will laugh, cry, sweat and I’m sure eventually bleed with sometimes. I can’t be more thankful for the coaches and her teammates who contribute to her success. This is our forever gym!

I joined this family in 2017 and it’s been one of the best things I’ve done. I’m a big proponent of personal responsibility and there’s no better place in the area to work on your personal protection, fitness, and mindset. You find out a lot about yourself and learn that your limits are so much further than you think. Not only has it been great for me, but my wife has found a home here as well. A place where we can both decompress, spend quality time together, and enjoy learning. I have always been impressed with the level of instruction, inclusivity, and personal attention given by the instructors, however, I am really excited to see the growth of the women’s program and kids classes as they are making such an impact on those that can benefit the most. Without a doubt my son will be attending the kids program when he is old enough and I know it will be crucial in his development, self esteem, and health. I only wish I had started sooner and not been so apprehensive/nervous about signing up. The hardest part is just walking thru the door on your first day, but you’ll be so glad you did!

Just started training at the new JG MMA location at The Greene, but really liking this gym so far. Taking classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and wrestling. Very personalized instruction and great instructor to student ratio. Brand new facility, super clean and tons of mat space. It’s a very encouraging atmosphere and everyone is welcome, even old guys.

Great facility! My kids are loving the Intro to Brazilian Jiu-jítsu. The professors are very professional and knowledgeable with great skills to teach all ages.
