Apex is a great school led by outstanding people who provide a solid environment for learning and improvement. They also run a great kids program and women's classes. If you've been been thinking about learning BJJ or real world self defense skills, do yourself a favor and check them out.

Been a part of Apex for a year. Great school. Troy and his family are great people who will do anything to help. Since coming to apex I am more confident in my self defense skills, and have made many new friends. Great place to learn how to defend yourself and have fun. Troy is a great instructor, and probably the biggest badass you will ever meet. Troys wife, Liz, is also a certified jiu jitsu machine. Awesome place to train!

APEX has changed my life. Jiu Jitsu helped me gain confidence and changed my perspective on how perceive my surroundings on a daily basis. From the fundamentals of the school to the small details, Troy, Liz and Levi have cultivated a close-knit environment combined with tactical combat goal.

This is a great school led by really knowledgeable instructors. The environment is friendly and everyone is willing to help and take instruction. They bring in some of the big names in Jiu-Jitsu for seminars, Royce Gracie for example will usually come by at least once per year. I HIGHLY recommend Jiu-Jitsu for self defense and this is the school to go to.

Apex is by far the best BJJ in the state. My son and I both go, he’s 13 and since day one they accepted us into the family. You will learn from the best while staying safe.
