This has been one of best places i have trained. Great variety of class times with a great mix of casual and competitive bjj. Personable coaching and helpful staff. I have trained here since opening and haven’t regretted any of my time here!!

Great place. I bring my daughter here, and the coaches provide excellent training for her and give her the individual attention that she needs to learn, and she loves coming. Most importantly, they treat her the way I would want her to be treated. I often come to open mat as well, and the people at this gym are good, down-to-earth people who are pleasant and fun to roll with. Excellent environment with excellent coaches and people. Highly recommend.

I’ve trained at pretty much every Jiu Jitsu gym in Norman, and i haven't found one that compares to this one. The coaches here are on another level when it comes to technique, and professionalism, they also teach in a way that actually makes sense. They’re also genuinely kind, caring people who take the time to know you, push you, and help you grow on and off the mats. The environment is welcoming, the instruction is phenomenal . Both the kids’ and adults’ programs are the best I’ve seen anywhere around. If you’re looking for a place that truly invests in its students, this is the best one i have found
