Charity’s Hot Pilates Mat class is everything. She has great energy, and the workout is tough but in the best way. I always leave feeling like I got a great workout in. I also love that she hands out cold towels at the end of class. After that kind of workout, it’s the perfect touch. Definitely one of my favorite classes out of all the Crunch locations I’ve been to.

I have been a member at this gym for about three months with the upmost dedication. When I arrived as a new member, I was greeted with welcomes and smiles from day one and still to this day I enter those doors with the same smiles and welcoming energy! Everyone from the GM to the maintenance I can tell is happy to be there. The equipment is not dusty, the machines are clean, the bathrooms are kept up, the floor is walked by everyone throughout the day, because I am there for about three hours they walk the gym picking up things, talking to members and keeping their eye out on things themselves. The R &R is cleaned immediately, the gym doesn’t stink, emergencies, as I witnessed yesterday, are handled professionally and urgently. I adore this location. Corry and his staff are amazing, group exercise is properly handled by Charity. Cleaning stations are always full and anything that comes to our attention, such as a machine not working or bathroom toilet breaks, they are on it and always with a smile on their faces. This gym has already been there for some years so for me to just join and the morale to continue to be high is very impressive! CRUNCH is definitely a good gym from the equipment, price, people and amenities.

Pretty good gym all around definitely a bang for your buck. They keep it clean and Safe, unfortunately there have become some common issues that make me write this. you have to constantly remind them to turn the sauna on because it is on a timer. They have also recently switched there phones to when you call the front desk you get a AI response, who the hell wants that, please get rid of that as it sucks and you can’t get a real answer out of it. I would also suggest they add cameras to the parking lot, many dings on cars happen and no one is held responsible. Would recommend this place to anyone and I really enjoy this gym but I hope they hear my concerns

Decent gym in terms of size, new etc but the staff/ownership seems to be hit and miss (unreliable). The worst part is that they force you to sign contracts saying you can cancel “anytime” then won’t even let you cancel without going there in person, and when you do they’ll say the manager isn’t in or something so you may be trying to cancel your membership for weeks or months before it actually happens. They won’t let you cancel over the phone or online. This seems like a scam to me to not let customers cancel online or over the phone and even more scammy to fool people into thinking it’s no commitment. They’ll charge you for the next month regardless. I’d rather pay a few dollars more and be able to cancel anytime over the phone/online and or not have a contract. It could be a good gym if they would hire better staff better management and do a no contract / no commitment thing or at least let you cancel online &or over the phone 24-7. Plus it’s super busy, machines, benches and squat racks are always occupied, and people hardly ever rack their weights. You know there’s a problem when the old anytime fitness right down the road on 122nd has a better rating than they do being 1/5th the size… They tricked my girlfriend into signing up for a plan thinking it was no commitment free trail offer and then we find out later on that that had been billing us all along for like a year. When she only went the first month thinking it was a no commitment trial offer. Very misleading. Canceling was even more of a nightmare. Could’ve been so much better with proper management.

Following up a month later. Here on one of the slowest mornings in a while and yet there are 2-4 people at the front desk on their phones and what not, while every weight in the building seemed to be untracked or unorganized. And you might look around this morning and say “hmm this guy is crazy, everything looks good” and if you look back at footage, you’ll see it’s because I did it for you. Dropping my review rating from 3 to a 1 because you can’t even count on management to follow through. ____________________________________________ Good gym. Convenient location. Modern plated machines and modern free weights. My only complaints are that the cleaning staff will quite literally clean/or dust a machine while you’re using it. If it were me, I would skip that machine and come back to it (this also ensures around the clock cleaning). My other complaint is unracked weights. Gym guests should take pride in their gym by racking their weights, but when they don’t, staff should already be on the lookout for unracked weights. It can be a tripping hazard or worse if left unattended. Staff that are checking for this also promotes staff to be on the floor continuously. One staff member at the desk and the other racking weights, check cleaning supplies, etc and then trade sometime throughout the shift.
