EF-Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

We love EF BJJ so much! The coaches and the community are both incredibly kind and amazing. I couldn’t be more thankful for my son to train here and have the opportunity to learn and practice BJJ. The coaches are very patient yet firm, and they do a wonderful job helping him develop discipline and confidence.

I’ve truly enjoyed watching my daughter’s journey at EF-BJJ. Since she started, I’ve seen her skills grow tremendously, and it’s been amazing to witness her progress on and off the mat. What I appreciate most is the time and patience the professor takes with her explaining techniques, guiding her step by step, and encouraging her along the way. I’m excited to continue seeing her growth and development here at EF-BJJ, and I’m so grateful to have found a place that fosters both discipline and confidence.

My son’s been loving Jiu-Jitsu here! It’s been amazing to watch his confidence, discipline, and focus grow. He looks forward to every class. Eduardo is patient, skilled, and knows how to connect with kids. I highly recommend for any parent looking to get their child into a supportive and structured martial arts environment!

I joined bjj to help strengthen my hips and knees after chronic injuries kept me from lifting weights and playing soccer and it has really helped me out!! I’ve been going just a couple months and already feel a difference. Everyone here is super nice, it’s very community oriented and they will notice if you aren’t there and will check in on you. A team sport keeps me motivated so I love that. I also joined because as a woman I know I need self defense and this has been great because everyone is in one class altogether and I get to see higher skill levels at work and learn from a variety of people each night.

Edward is very engaging and my grandson loves the instructors and class. After a week of trial, we signed him up without hesitation! The instructors are very patient and skilled, my grandson is already catching on very quickly!
