Kingdom Jiu-Jitsu Academy

I've been training at Kingdom Jiu Jitsu in Yukon, Oklahoma for a few weeks now with my kids, and it's been a fantastic experience. Coach Charlie is welcoming, Christian-focused, and really takes the time to work on the little details with everyone. He wants you to succeed no matter your level. The gym is clean, and the mats are top quality. I highly recommend. Great for families!

We were the first Lamb to Lion student when Kingdom opened, and we are still there today! We’re excited for our other son to start soon as well. I can’t say enough about Coach Charlie. His skill, patience, and desire to train is unmatched…not to mention this man and his wife Coach Eden have become our family. Not only does he go above and beyond teaching my son and developing his skills in Jiu Jitsu, but he loves this kid (and all the kids) as his own. I love that this gyms foundation is faith and family and we are proud to be OGs of Kingdom Jiu Jitsu in Yukon!

I started off taking my son here after asking a friend who was an mma referee in California but also trained in Vegas to research school’s in our area. He said Charlie’s references were solid. Seeing the turn around Charlie and Eden made in my son, I started training a few months later. I can’t imagine training anywhere else. It starts from the top. Being sanitary is a must, same with safety. We are a family from youngest to oldest, and treat newcomers the same way. There is a standard here of kindness, faith and every member helping each other on their own journey. I Cant imagine training anywhere else.

My son Hayden has been training here almost a year and the progress is incredible! His jiu-jitsu skills are improving day by day, but even better are the changes in his focus, respect, and ability to follow directions. Coaches Charlie and Eden are fantastic —patient, skilled, and truly invested in every kid’s growth. (They also give the parents peace of mind seeing how clean they keep the gym) We love coming to class and the growth we’ve seen it make on our child is nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend this gym for building both technique and character! 🥋

15 year black belt here! Randomly met Professor Charlie at grocery store and got to talking after seeing each other in BJJ apparel. Immediately liked him! It was the weekend so I only got to peak through the window when I went by his academy, but WOW! - IT’S NICE!!! He actually ended up inviting me to his house to train since they’re closed on weekends. It was one of the best training sessions I’ve had in the longest time! One of the most intelligent grapplers I’ve ever met! His technique is world class and his systematic approaches to every aspect of his game opened my mind in ways I’ve never thought of. 100% chance I’ll be making another trip to just to visit his gym and meet his team. If you’re a grappler at ANY LEVEL - this is the gym you want!
