Good place to train. I was in from out of town. Julia was very welcoming to invite me to join in for an evening. The technique section was good and everybody there were cool people, nice to work with; a good balance of all skill levels.

This weekend we were in town for an AGF jiu jitsu tournament and needed to get in some last minute training. We went to Outsiders on a good friend’s recommendation and had a great time! The gym was clean, welcoming, spacious and had a great area for my one year old to safely play while my other daughter, Ellie, trained. Randy and Julia were very knowledgeable and gave her some great tips. We look forward to visiting again, and would recommend anyone in the area to train here as well! Thank you Outsiders!

Really wish I had started here sooner. I have been going to the 5:30am zombie jujitsu class for about two weeks now and it is by far my favorite class ever. Julia “the raging panda” Avila teaches her class with a touch of ADHD making for a more casual learning experience that I really enjoy.

Top tier facility. If you looking for a new hobby and a family that will change your life this is the place to be. Couldn’t recommend it enough. The owners and coaches are amazing and spend the time to teach amazing techniques

I signed up my free trial here and participated in their striking class. Ryan was cool about my questions, covering basics zoned me in. When it came to Logan teaching wrestling after striking he didn't want me to participate. I told him I signed the waiver, and I asked if it was written anywhere that I couldn't participate, to which he glared at me and said "I mean, I could go write it down right now. Would it make a difference?" I stated he was a coach and should be coaching me as well, but he got heated and told me to "grab my sheet". I like the place, he just seemed a little condecending and aggressive, disguising it as "worried for my safety". I told him I'm a veteran but it didn't seem to sway him at all, so I just left. Later, Julia had told me it takes 4-6 months of being there before you can even spar or participate in some classes even if you signed the waiver. (Logan told me none of this) She said she stands by her coaches but it doesn't excuse his behavior and would talk with him. All in all its a good place, just not what I'm looking for seeing as you have to wait before you can do any real MMA and one of the coaches having a huge ego.
