As a Gen-X dad who never wrestled but has fallen in love with the sport, I can’t recommend The Farm enough--we are grateful for its arrival (relatively close in Oklahoma). Coleman and his coaches have a rare way of making you feel like a friend within minutes; interest in our son’s development and connection to them is genuine, personal, and sustained. The environment is a difference-maker. We worried our son would get homesick during his first week-long camp, but by the end of day 1, he was asking to stay for a second week. The sense of community and the focus on the spiritual side of being a positive person have had a visible impact on his character. While he has great local coaching, there was a definite ‘gear shift’ in his effort and focus after attending several camps here in the summer of 2025. Despite a growth spurt that bumped him up two weight classes, his performance--not solely results--as a freshman this season, has exceeded our expectations. We’re already planning his return for 2026. If you want your wrestler to find their tribe and a higher gear, this is the place.
