My daughter started Aikido at Hibiki last year and loves it. Dan-sensei is fantastic with the young students, and I see them continuously learning and all the while enjoying it. Watching her progress has got me thinking about trying the adult classes once my youngest are a bit older.

Dan-Sensei is a wonderful teacher for both adults and children across many spectrums of needs. He is patient and kind, with a firm resolve that keeps students safe and engaged. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming, and accepting of all new pupils. I felt right at home immediately and look forward to each class!

Aikido Hibiki has been my introduction to the art, and I feel very fortunate for it. This dojo provides a friendly, encouraging environment, and Dan sensei is a fantastic instructor. My girls have been going to Dan-sensei for aikido for a few years now and followed him to Hibiki when he opened his own dojo. Dan-sensei is great with kids—patient and kind, but still with clear expectations that are continuously reinforced. Our girls love learning at Aikido Hibiki—we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to get their kiddo(s) in to aikido!
