The space includes amenities like a gym dog named Koko and hosts community events such as the Puppy Pull charity deadlift competition for dog rescues.

reviewsWhat Members Say

Members consistently praise the gym's exceptionally inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, describing it as a safe haven where all body types and identities feel accepted. They highlight owners Will and Christina and the coaching staff for being deeply caring, knowledgeable, and proactive in modifying exercises for individual needs. Specific positive mentions include the Puppy Pull charity event, the presence of gym dog Koko, and classes that make movement joyful. The only noted consideration is that as a small gym, it may not be staffed during all open hours, so contacting ahead for non-class times is recommended.

I followed Will and Christina to their brand new gym and have nothing but the best things to say about everything they've built. They're sincere, humane, funny, and deeply caring people who know exactly what they're doing and why it matters. If you think a lifting gym isn't for you, you're not thinking of this one. Please check All Bodies out, if only just to say hello. You'll be delighted.

What an awesome and inclusive space! I went for yoga tonight. Part of their free trial for a week. It was mind-blowing how comfortable I felt. As a fat person, I get anxious at the gym, even planet fitness. The owners have curated a really nice inclusive safe space for all body shapes. They were welcoming and kind. Answered questions I had. Definitely joining.

I have been to many gyms and many gym atmospheres in my life & All Bodies strong is the most inclusive gym environments I’ve been to. I don’t live in Portland but I’ve visited Portland multiple times & went to ABS & even attended one of their charity events the Puppy Pull, which is a deadlift competition raising money for dog rescues. It was so much fun & so welcoming to people who had never competed before & as someone who had competed in a powerlifting competition it was nice to see the camaraderie. I think what I love most about this gym is that it’s free of diet talk & a positive environment for people of any & all sizes, gender identities, races, sexual orientation, etc. . It’s a space you can feel safe and be safe in and feel & be accepted for who you are. Highly recommend this gym! And tell them I sent you :-)

This place has transformed my relationship with my body and reunited me with joyful movement. You have something you need modified? They're already 5 steps ahead of you and will show you exactly how to pull off your goals. I'm so grateful. Everyone is amazing- the owners, coaches, other members, Koko the sweet baby gym dog. Couldn't ask for a better place to play. The only hard part is picking which class to take for the week. I haven't attended a class I haven't thoroughly enjoyed!

This place is like a haven. The environment is so positive and empowering. I had never been to a gym before, but the coaches immediately made me feel at home. I highly recommend All Bodies Strong! Both classes and 1:1 training are amazing. Definitely check it out! I do recommend emailing before you go if there isn't a scheduled class because, as a small gym, it is always open to members, but not staffed all hours.
